Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba is returning home from Singapore today, Friday. A close party leader confirmed that he will arrive back in the country this evening.
Deuba had gone to Singapore on 10 Kattik along with his wife, Dr. Arju Rana Deuba, for medical treatment. The couple was injured during the violent attack in the Genz movement.
The Deubas had made a public appearance at the Central Working Committee meeting on 28 Asoj after the attack on 24 Bhadra, in which President Deuba handed over the responsibilities of acting party president to Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka.
