To maintain public order, all vehicles except for essential services will be restricted from operating between midnight of Falgun 20 and the evening of Falgun 21. However, domestic and international flights will continue to operate, and travelers must carry valid tickets when visiting airports.

Security measures also include closing international district borders 72 hours before voting to prevent illegal movement. These steps aim to ensure safe and fair participation in the elections.

Voters will be allowed to cast their ballots using Voter ID, Citizenship, National ID, Landowner’s Certificate, or Passport, as long as their names appear on the official voter list. The commission has emphasized that following these rules is crucial for a peaceful and orderly election process.
