Durga Prasai announced that he will personally take part in the nationwide anti-corruption campaign alongside Gen Z. He urged the government not to suppress protests like it did on Chaitra 15.
He criticized politicians’ children for flaunting luxury watches, shoes, and handbags, while ordinary citizens face hardship and struggle daily.
Prasai recalled how exposing corruption, including funds sent abroad, once led to his imprisonment. Today, however, he said public awareness is growing.
He called on all Nepalis, both inside and outside Nepal, to join the campaign with Gen Z to fight corruption and recover misappropriated funds.
